Consultations

1.  All NEW patients are to schedule a 1 hour office consultation with Dr. Staninger.  Patients MUST obtain a referral from primary physician as follows:

Referral to industrial toxicologist to perform biological monitoring tests as outlined by industrial toxicologist and to prescribe far infrared radiant heat therapy as needed.  Fax referrals to 323.466.2774

2.  Prior to consultation, patients will receive and are to fill out completed intake forms, consent forms and questionnaires and fax to above fax no. or bring to their consultation.

3.  Consultation fee schedule is as follows:

All NEW patients:  Initial (1 hour) office or telephone consultation - $350.00
Follow-up office or telephone consultation* (1/2 hour) - $100.00
FIR Radiant Heat Therapy - $150.00/hr (be sure to wear or bring comfortable clothing)

*Follow-up 1/2 hour phone consultations are recommended at 30, 60 and 90 day intervals after initial consultation to monitor and evaluate patient’s progress.  Alternatively, patients may subscribe to Dr. Staninger's "Virtual House Calls" program - $500 billed in advance quarterly for up to two phone consultations (up to 1/2 hour) per month.   

Consultations must be prepaid online prior to scheduling appointment with IHS office.   Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours notice will NOT be refunded or rescheduled. 

Office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Saturdays by special arrangement.  Office is closed on bank and government holidays. 

4.  Consultations typically include:

A. Determination of toxicological or other exposure (i.e., toxins, parent compounds and xenobiotic metabolites; biological agents or nanomicrobic materials)

B. Custom protocol for cellular support based upon patient’s case history

C. Toxicologist provides co-consulting toxicological support to the patient's primary health care provider, as needed.  Physician outlined biological monitoring test services are also offered.

5.  Optional services (NOT included in consultation fee):

Outline of biological monitoring tests to be ordered by the individual's physician or other healthcare professional.  (National Labs will perform these tests, which are standard tests under Medicare.)

A. Additional fee of $150 to IHS, LLC for the custom outline of tests to be ordered.

B. The written report by toxicologist with evaluation and results of these tests, known as a “Toxicological Dysfunction Analyses” (TDA)  - $375.00 – includes one copy to patient and physician; additional copies are $75.00 per copy.
